To achieve the above, the Management has designed, implemented and continuously focusing towards the improvement of an Integrated Management System. This system takes into consideration the quality standards in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, as well as the Ministerial Decision DY8d/Goik/1348 ”Principles and Guidelines of Good Practice for the Distribution of Medical Technological Products” to ensure that all the requirements regarding the development of Medical Informatics products are met.

- Organized operating framework
- Internal standards for consistent quality products and services and secure information management.
- Work environment suitable for business activities.
- Modern and secure methodologies for project development and management.
To achieve the above, the Management ensures that:
- The Quality Policy is understandable and applied at all levels of the Company’s organization
- The Integrated Management System operates efficiently and covers constantly its purpose
- The Integrated Management System gets inspected periodically to measure its effectiveness and take necessary actions if required.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
The aim of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) is to ensure the business continuity of CCS, focusing on the design,
development, installation, and support of IT products and integrated software solutions for information management in the healthcare sector.
Its objective is to minimize information loss through the prevention of deviation events.
The policy aims to protect the company’s information systems from external and internal threats, including malicious and/or accidental threats. It also addresses the specific needs and requirements of the healthcare sector regarding the security of medical information, aiming to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information through the design and development of secure applications. This ensures that the information remains intact and unchanged, is protected from unauthorized access, and is available when needed for providing healthcare services.
The top management of the company, along with the Quality & Secure Information Manager, have approved and are committed to implementing
this policy.
The Secure Information Management Policy ensures the following actions:
- Managed information will be safeguarded against unauthorized access.

The confidentiality of managed information will be continuously ensured.

The integrity of managed information will be maintained.

The availability of business processes related to managed information will be preserved.

All legislative and regulatory requirements will be adhered to.

Business continuity plans related to managed information will be developed, implemented, and continuously monitored.

Necessary resources will be allocated for training all company personnel in the implementation of the Secure Information Management Policy.

All actual and potential deviations related to managed information will be reported to the Quality & Secure Information Manager for the activation of corrective and preventive actions.

The processes of Secure Information Management, including threat assessments, will be applied to demonstrate the correct implementation of this policy.
The Management of CCS commits to providing all necessary resources for the implementation and effective operation of
the Secure Information Management Policy. They also approve and commit to the implementation of this policy.
It is the duty and contribution of all CCS personnel to review and audit this policy regarding its ongoing suitability.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Computer Control Systems Engineering Research and Design S.A. (CCS) which designs, implements and supports integrated IT solutions envisions a safe and healthy work environment for its employees, customers and partners.
The Management issues this Health & Safety Policy to declare absolute commitment to:
- Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent accidents and occupational diseases
- Compliance with legislation and other guidance
- Eliminating Health & Safety risks
- Minimizing the risk of Health and Safety at work
- Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Health & Safety Management System
- Consultation with workers and ensuring their active participation in the achievement of a safe and healthy working environment without restrictions and discrimination
- Making all the resources needed to maintain the Health & Safety Management System available
In order to achieve the above, the Management designs, implements and continuously improves an Integrated Management System that includes Health & Safety procedures in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and aims to:
- Minimize accidents at work
- Prevent wounding
- Monitor the procedures along with all the members of staff
- Educate and raise awareness among the company’s employees and partners about Health and Safety at work.
In order to achieve the above, the Management ensures that:
- The Health & Safety Policy is understood, implemented and adhered to at all levels of the Company’s organization.

- The effectiveness of the Integrated Management System is periodically checked in order to ensure its suitability and take the necessary corrective actions if needed.
