MediFile is a simple, handy, flexible and efficient program that manages the patient medical record.
Developped through special technics, it offers, further to its completeness as far as the medical record is concerned, help to all the managing tasks, like appointments, incomings and expenses, observation of the collaborated doctors, laboratories and insurance companies.
The basic screens, further to the demographic data of the patients, cover the personal and family history, chronic diseases and medicines, allergies, diseases, operations, Ğlifestyleğ but also the rest additional managerial information.
Medical record is consisted by groups of user defined special screens, which register the visit reasons, symptoms, diagnosis, laboratory tests, treatment etc.
MediFile applies to doctors and paramedical staff, who have no previous knowledge or experience in using computers and computer applications.

One of the unique features of this program is the completion of the medical archive even without typing.
For this purpose, the program is equipped with a personal dictionnary and dynamically updated lists of choices, which offer the creation of a medical record through a selection of words, phrases or sentences, instead of a time consuming and arduous typing.
Especially for forms which demand text, laboratory tests and in general a big amount of typing, the program offers the possibility to select the appropriate text through predefined forms, depending on the disease and/or the kind of tests.
The model forms, the personal dictionary and the choice lists of each field are dynamic and allow the correction and the addition of new data, without being obliged to change the current screen.
On this way, their continuous updating is fullfiled.
MediFile is a program based on an open architecture approach. It supports continuously addition of new data fields in the database, update automatically the values of the existing fields according to the volume of the data introduced and to incorporate new screens with new fields to the already existing ones.
Data fields additions and amendments can occur not only at the start point of the application but whenever, without loss of the already registered records.
New forms can be created at any time, allowing the continuous structuring and adaptation of the program.
